Colombia is famous for its coffee, and for good reason. With its varied climate, high altitudes, and almost year-round harvests, it is the ideal place for truly remarkable coffees. Excelso EP Palermo was created with consistency in mind—an accessible and reliable coffee, available all year, that reflects the character for which Colombia is loved.
The coffee comes from the Palermo Dry Mill, where mixed varietal lots are processed using the washed method—the classic Colombian processing, which ensures a clean and balanced profile. Grown on small family farms at 1,300–1,650 meters altitude, this coffee adheres to traditional harvesting and processing methods.
In the cup: notes of red fruits, peach, citrus, and caramel—delicate, balanced, and juicy.
