Monkaaba was founded in 2020 by Esnaider Ortega Gomez and Didier Ortega, growing from a team of 6 families to over 80 producers around San Agustin, Huila. Transparency and collaboration are at the core of the project: producers can bring their own coffee, blind taste it with the team, and receive detailed feedback. Those working in the bodega are producers themselves.

This lot brings together the harvests of the best Pink Bourbon growers in southern Huila, processed using the washed method and paid 1 million pesos above the average FNC price. The result is a profile that reflects the best of southern Pink Bourbon: crisp florality, vibrant red fruits, and a juicy balance.

In the cup: crisp floral aromas, red fruits, and a succulent, juicy acidity.
