Last August, Błażej and Stefan visited Jheison López and his family for the first time — and this is one of the three lots that Prolog is putting in the spotlight. Jheison continues his family's coffee tradition in Nariño, handling both cultivation and processing, with a strong focus on quality.
This blend of Colombia, Castillo, and Caturra varieties was processed using a traditional honey method: cherries are depulped without water and dried on raised beds for 12–15 days, resulting in a sweet cup with a generous body and complexity.
In the cup: red berries, a creamy texture, and a candy-like sweetness.
