Sourced from Santo Antônio farm in the Mantiqueira de Minas region, Brazil, this Arara variety coffee is the result of four generations of the Alckmin family's work. Under the leadership of Carolina Alckmin, the lot is hand-picked and processed using a natural-anaerobic method, reflecting a deep commitment to innovation and sustainability, being produced entirely with solar energy. In the cup, it stands out with a syrupy texture and intense notes of red fruits, plums, and dark chocolate, complemented by a persistent aftertaste of dried figs. It is a coffee with a rich structure and juicy acidity, ideal for a memorable espresso or milk-based drinks.
