Cultivated in the Bensa region, at over 2,300 meters altitude, this exceptional coffee of the 74158 variety (developed by the Jimma Agricultural Research Center) embodies the quintessence of high-altitude Ethiopian coffees.
In the cup, it reveals a refined and fruity character, with delicate aromas of blueberries, white grapes, and dried jasmine. A unique aromatic experience, both fruity and elegant.
The lot comes from Alo Coffee, the project of Tamiru Tadesse — a former university professor and electrical engineer who, together with his wife Messi, won the Ethiopia Cup of Excellence with their very first lot in 2021.
In the cup: blueberries, white grapes, and dried jasmine.
