DELIVERY

• We deliver products via express courier, anywhere in Romania.

• Delivery cost is displayed before completing the order and varies depending on the destination.

• Orders are processed within 1 business day and delivered within 24–48h (business days) from order confirmation.

• You will receive a confirmation email with the AWB number once the order has been dispatched.

 

 

RETURN

If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, you have the right to return it within 14 calendar days of receipt, provided the product is sealed and unused.

Products that cannot be returned:

• Coffee or other food products that have been unsealed;

• Products consumed or damaged by the customer.

 

How to return a product:

1. Send an email to hello@coffeecommunity.ro with your name, order number, and reason for return.

2. Wait for our confirmation with shipping instructions.

3. Send the product back to the address:

   Str. Septimiu Albini 25-27, ap. 7, Cluj-Napoca, in its original packaging.

4. After receiving the package, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method.

 

Return costs:

• If the return is for personal reasons (you don't like the taste, you changed your mind, etc.), shipping costs are borne by the customer.

• If there was an error on our part (wrong or defective product), we cover the return cost.
