This Pink Bourbon from Finca la Riviera has been an emblematic Colombian coffee at Tanat for years — the result of a meticulous process where each fermentation stage is carefully controlled. Using a modern method (Bioreactor Inoculation Washed), selected yeasts guide the fermentation in a controlled environment before the cherries are washed, bringing out the full potential of the terroir and the Pink Bourbon variety.
As an espresso, it is an elegant coffee: the first sips reveal a juicy peach, complemented by the delicacy and sweetness of orange blossoms. In the end, a vibrant and slightly tart note of redcurrants lingers and provides a refined finish.
