Originating from the heart of the Tarrazú region, Costa Rica, this coffee from La Lia farm represents a benchmark of quality, being the result of the dedicated work of brothers Luis and Oscar Monge Ureña. Grown at extreme altitudes of up to 2,100 m, where the ripening process is slow, it develops a high concentration of sugars and a remarkable aromatic complexity. Rigorous manual harvesting, carried out by teams with over 20 years of experience on the farm, guarantees an impeccable selection of fruits. It is an elegant and consistent coffee, perfectly reflecting the generous terroir and the mastery of high-precision processing.
