Koppi was founded in 2007 by barista and brewing champions Anne Lunell and Charles Nystrand. Initially a cafe with its own roastery in central Helsingborg, Koppi transformed in 2016 into a dedicated roastery housed in an old industrial building. From the beginning, their goal has been to collaborate with passionate coffee producers around the world and to showcase their work through their distribution partners, online customers, and roastery visitors.
