About
Andrea Trevisan fell in love with coffee in his childhood when his father revealed the first secrets of espresso to him. He has worked in the field since 2009, and in 2019, he became a Q-Arabica Grader and certified SCA trainer. In 2024, he won the Austrian National Coffee Roasting Championship and took third place at the World Coffee Roasting Championship in Copenhagen—a testament to his passion and expertise. In 2021, he founded Trevo Coffee Roastery in Bezau, a peaceful corner of the Austrian Alps.
Vision
At Trevo, coffee is roasted in small batches, only to order, to highlight the unique character of each origin. The beans are carefully selected from sustainable sources, through direct partnerships with small producers who prioritize quality and respect for nature. The roastery space is designed as a place for meeting and learning, where specialty coffee becomes accessible, authentic, and unpretentious.
