Koppi was founded in 2007 by barista and brewing champions Anne Lunell and Charles Nystrand. Initially a coffee shop with its own roastery in central Helsingborg, Koppi transformed in 2016 into a dedicated roastery, housed in an old industrial building. From the very beginning, their goal has been to collaborate with passionate coffee producers from around the world and to make their work known through their distribution partners, online customers, and roastery visitors.
