Sumo Coffee Roasters was founded in the summer of 2020 by the 2019 World Cup Taster Champion, Daniel Horbat. With a clear vision of ethics and quality, Sumo was born out of a desire to build a transparent and fair chain in the coffee industry—from the farmers who carefully cultivate the beans, to the baristas who transform them into experiences in a cup.
