About
Andrea Trevisan fell in love with coffee in his childhood, when his father showed him the first secrets of espresso. He has worked in the field since 2009, and in 2019 he became a Q-Arabica Grader and SCA certified trainer. In 2024, he won the Austrian National Coffee Roasting Championship and achieved third place at the World Coffee Roasting Championship in Copenhagen — a confirmation of his passion and experience. In 2021, he founded Trevo Coffee Roastery in Bezau, a quiet corner of the Austrian Alps.
Vision
At Trevo, coffee is roasted in small batches, only to order, to highlight the unique character of each origin. The beans are carefully selected from sustainable sources, through direct partnerships with small producers who focus on quality and respect for nature. The roastery space is designed as a meeting and learning place, where specialty coffee becomes accessible, authentic, and unpretentious.
